I love food, and my need for quality and consistency in my cooking will really come through with our menu at Halkitissa. Seasonal local ingredients will be my inspiration, as well as the tastes and influences of the Mediterranean.
I’m excited to share my inspiration with you all, through a menu that will have something for everyone!
