Philosophy:

A restaurant in Halki has long been a dream for us, having grown up coming to the island, and in Phaedra's case, living here too. Our love for the island means that we also want to help it grow, helping the cuisine evolve, as many other restaurants and bars are doing. This restaurant and move to Halki are the culmination of the past decade of work to gain the knowledge and qualifications to be able to run our own place, and create the life we dream of. We hope to give new life to the pizza and pasta concept, and help our customers create memories with our food. We are so excited to be here, and hope that you will be too!
